A comprehensive health zone is expected to be constructed in Southwest China's Guizhou province to improve public health services.

Cities and counties including Guiyang, Gui'an, Anshun and Longli will be incorporated in the health care circle. The circle takes advantage of its natural resources to form a health industry involving ecological healthcare, traditional Chinese medical care and recreational resorts.

The health industry and big data industry are expected to become core sectors in Guizhou, aiming to boost health tourism and providing safe, effective and convenient health and medical care services to locals and tourists.

The health zone includes a health care circle and five areas.

The five areas are: the Fanjing Mountain Ecology Area, Loushanguan Summer Resort, the Miaoling Area, the Sub-Plateau Health Area and the Malinghe Canyon-Wanfeng Lake Recreation Area.
