The 13th Qiannan Tourism Industry Development Conference was held in Duyun, Qiannan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture, Southwest China's Guizhou province on Sept 17.

The conference aimed to promote Duyun Maojian Tea and distinctive cultural tourism resources. A marketing platform for high-quality agricultural products and a tourism exchange platform will be built, integrating tea and tourism.
A total of 14 projects, covering industrial development, people's livelihoods, cultural tourism, and city construction, were signed during the conference, which attracted about 20 billion yuan ($2.82 billion) worth of investments.
Duyun Maojian Tea once served as the imperial tea for over 1,000 years, and won the gold award in the 1915 Panama Pacific International Exposition. It is also recognized as a top 10 tea with Agro-Product Geographical Indication in 2019.
