Southwest China's Guizhou province has been focusing on 5G network construction and application in commercial use, which is expected to be realized in 2022.
To accelerate 5G construction, Guizhou plans to invest over 50 billion yuan ($6.98 billion) in digital facilities, making every village connected with the network.
By 2022, more than 6,000 industrial companies will implement digitalization and intranet reform, which will improve the industrial internet in Guizhou.
In addition, Guizhou aims to integrate government data and application on one platform, which means government affairs services at all levels will be available on the internet, providing convenience for social governance and livelihood services.
