Southwest China's Guizhou province reached an agreement with Cardiff and Vale College from the United Kingdom (UK) on April 17 to co-build Guizhou International Football City in Longli county, Qiannan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture.

The first stage of the project includes professional stadiums, football training bases, branches and affiliated schools of well-known universities from home and abroad, hospitals, health care centers, five-star hotels, and commercial complexes.
Cardiff and Vale College, the largest public school in Wales in the UK, is equipped with high-quality high school educational resources for 30,000 students from the UK and the world every year.

It is looking forward to provide the best education and cultural experience for students in the football city in the future.
Guizhou Hengfeng Football Club, Guizhou's only professional football club, will help mine football talents in Guizhou and offer world class football training for Guizhou teenagers.
The cooperation is expected to promote education and sports development in both Guizhou and the UK.
