Hechi Daily and Hechi University jointly launched an all-media training center to cultivate skilled media personnel. An unveiling ceremony and symposium was held in the university on Oct 13.

Wei Wenguang, deputy dean of Hechi University, said that the university will coordinate field, equipment and capital for the center, fostering all-media people meeting the needs of the new era. The center will be located on the School of Literature and Journalism of the university, added Wei.

Huang Feng, editor-in-chief of Hechi Daily, said that the newspaper has made achievements in media convergence and digital publishing transformation, and the all-media training program will contribute to the talent pool for the undertakings.
