Wang Zhongbing, mayor of Zhanjiang, led a delegation to investigate the preparation work for the China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE) 2016 at the Zhanjiang Olympic Sports Center on Nov 23.

To ensure an excellent expo, the delegation examined the exhibition arrangement in the international pavilion, the national pavilion, and the industry pavilion, giving feedback as they went along.

The mayor stressed the significance of security during the event. He also mentioned to ensure a good guidance service and to create a warm, friendly atmosphere for the expo.

"The guidance and warning signs must be arranged carefully," said Wang.

The delegation encouraged staff at the exhibition halls to learn from the experience of all the previous sessions to make this year's event a better expo and to build on the city's image.
