(chinadaily.com.cn) Updated: 2016-11-11

Zhanjiang traffic authority will arrange four special bus routes to serve the 2016 China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE), according to chinabuses.com.

The expo will be held at the Zhanjiang Olympic Sports Center from Nov 24 to 27, where the city will welcome a large number of guests from home and abroad to attend the internationally significant event. The local traffic authority has therefore opened special bus lines to ease traffic pressures and ensure all visitors a more convenient and pleasant stay during the expo.

Special bus Line 1 will depart from Xiashan bus terminus terminating at the Expo venue. The whole journey is 17 kilometers long and takes about 50 minutes.

Special bus Line 2 will run from Xiashan South Railway Station to Zhanjiang Olympic Sports Center. It takes about one hour for the 18 kilometer-long distance.

Special bus Line 3 will leave from Chikan Haitian Station, arriving at the Expo venue a distance of 16.7 kilometers away. It takes about 60 minutes to complete the journey.

Special bus Line 4 will depart from Mazhang Station to reach the Expo venue. The total distance is 21 kilometers and takes one hour.

The buses will operate between 8 am and 10 pm. Bus ticket will cost two yuan (31 cents) per person each way.
