The 2015 China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE) opened in the Zhanjiang Olympic Sports Center on Nov 26, attracting many visitors.

The Expo, honored as "China's biggest oceanic exhibition", showcases the latest achievements in marine energy resources, marine science and technology, ocean environmental protection, marine culture, marine tourism and ocean military technology.

This year's event takes place on a much larger scale and has more activities than the previous expos.

Visitors can see robots, elephant seals, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), world's longest pearl necklace and other displays at the expo. They can also taste gourmet food from different countries during the International Marine Gourmet Festival, which is part of the Expo.
