From 1st to 5th July, Lyu Zexiang, President of CGGC International, carried out market survey activities in Nigeria, especially studying the local market exploration, progresses of major projects and the management of projects under construction.

During his visit in Nigeria, Lyu hosted discussions with all staff of CGGC Nigeria Company Ltd. and related people of CGGC Electricity Company to brief the current business situation there and elaborately talked about and arranged detailed deployment of market-expanding prospect and measures, construction progress of projects in process, public-relations expansion progress and plan and the advancement of vital projects. In addition, Lyu met with responsible persons of the Presidency Office and the ministry of electricity of Federal Republic of Nigeria, the two sides exchanging their ideas about CGGC’s project proceeding and vital project advancement in Nigeria and reaching a consensus.
Before the survey was completed, Lyu attended the 6th conference of the mixed committee of China-Nigeria economic, trade and technical cooperation. He presented a special report to Qian Keming, leader of the Chinese delegation and deputy minister of Chinese ministry of commerce, who chaired the mixed committee. He also called on Zhao Linxiang, commercial counselor in Nigeria.
