On May 27th, on the signing ceremony of apprenticeship held in NK/JC Project Management Department, Argentina, 15 pairs of master-and-apprentice willingly became pairs on the basis of bi-directional selection, as planned in the first stage, indicating that the program of "master-and-apprentice" in this department entered into implementation.
To play a full role in mentoring, assisting and demonstrating based on the characteristic platform of the project in Argentina and the truth that language-major staff overwhelmed the employees, responsible persons in the department decided to combine engineering training with routine learning and specially set up language classes in the second phase of "Apprenticeship" program in order to provide echeloned talent reserve for the international business development of the project department or even of CGGC.
