From 20 to 22 January, 2016, Lyu Zexiang, President of CGGC International traveled in Kazakhstan for market research and respectively visited Zhang Hanhui, Ambassador of China to Kazakhstan, Asset Issekeshev, Director of Ministry for Investment and Development of Kazakhstan, and Akhmetzhan Yesimov, Mayor of Alma-Ata City in Astana the capital of Kazakhstan and Alma-Ata, the largest city of Kazakhstan.

During his visit in Kazakhstan, Lyu introduced the overall strength and development situations concerning international business of CGGC in recent years to all Chinese and Kazakhstan officials and further exchanged ideas about the specific infrastructure construction and investment modes of CGGC in Kazakhstan and their bright prospects. Kazakhstan Government highly appreciated the overall strength of CGGC and sincerely welcomed it to further participate in the social and economic development of this region. Both parties unanimously agreed that further communication and contacts should be strengthened in the future to give full play to the special regional advantages of Kazakhstan along the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and actively participate in and deepen cooperation.
