House-building Project in New Yarmag Town Mongolia

Description: The project covers a land area of 36 hectares to provide about 4000 dwelling units with a total construction area of approximately 368000 square meters. It mainly consists of 9-story and 5-story apartment buildings with a complete set of auxiliary facilities including a school, a kindergarten, a shopping center, a hospital and a vocational training center. An important part of the Mongolian Government’s “100000-Unit Housing Program".
