Fuzhou band plays guitar with 1m volts of electricity
Updated: 2012-11-19

Images from Fujian province depict a band, Thunderbolt Craziness, that specializes in producing electric arcs and tesla coils charged with 1 million volts of electricity. The electricity moves in sync with the music they play.

Members from Thunderbolt Craziness are now working on 1.8-meter high tesla coils which will be able to generate 4.2-meter long electric arcs in an attempt to create a new record for the longest electric arc in China.

Band members wear handmade Faraday suits to protect them from the high voltage electricity.
