Longyan organizes training to improve tourism service quality


The tourism training center in Fujian's Longyan city organized training courses between January and July, in a bid to improve service quality in the tourism industry. A total of 2,610 residents working in the tourism sector – including tour guides, hotel waiting staff and also 89 managers from major travel agencies – attended the courses.

The initiative aimed to use a more innovative training strategy to cultivate well-motivated service teams with professional ethics and practical abilities.
