Minister Fu Zhenghua

 

Fu Zhenghua, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1955 and is from Luanxian county, Hebei province. He entered the workforce in December 1970 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1973. He graduated in law from a branch school of Peking University. He holds a master’s degree in law.
