Protection in accordance of law to foreign units in China suffering from illegal infringement

Where foreign companies and units in China are illegally infringed by unlawful acts and the normal orders are disrupted, they may report it to the policy in accordance with law, and the person with unlawful acts shall be punished in accordance with the law. According to the provisions of the Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, a person who disturbs the order of government organs, public organizations, enterprises and institutions, and makes it impossible for work, production, business operation, medical care, teaching or scientific research to go on normally but has not caused serious losses, shall be given a warning or imposed on a fine of not more than 200 Yuan; if the circumstances are relatively serious, he shall be imposed on a detention for not less than five days but not more than ten days and may, in addition, be imposed on a fine of not more than 500 Yuan.   52. The normal order of foreign facilities or activities held legally in China shall be protected by Chinese law, and if it is illegally disrupted by unlawful acts, they may report it to the policy, and the person with unlawful acts shall be punished in accordance with the law. According to the provisions of the Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, a person who disturbs the public order at stations, ports, wharves, airports, department stores, parks, exhibition halls or other public places, shall be given a warning or imposed on a fine of not more than 200 Yuan; if the circumstances are relatively serious, he shall be imposed on a detention for not less than five days but not more than ten days and may, in addition, be imposed on a fine of not more than 500 Yuan.
