Liability for harm to another person due to falling buildings, structures or facilities or any objects laid thereon or suspended therefrom

For harm to another person due to falling buildings, structures or facilities or any objects laid thereon or suspended therefrom, the owner, manager or user shall bear tort liability if he is unable to prove that he is not at fault. The owner, manager or user shall be entitled to be reimbursed by other liable persons if any, after making compensation. For harm to another person due to the collapse of buildings, structures or facilities, the construction employer and contractor shall be liable jointly and severally. The construction employer or contractor shall be entitled to be reimbursed by other liable persons if any, after making compensation. For harm to another person due to the collapse of buildings, structures or facilities attributed to any other liable person, that other liable person shall bear tort liability.
