On Nov 7, one hundred private entrepreneurs from Zhongguancun spontaneously signed and issued a Proposal of One Hundred Entrepreneurs in Zhongguancun.

The proposal makes clear that they will spare no efforts to become models in patriotism, law-abiding management, and entrepreneurial innovation, and that they will assume their social responsibilities.

The proposal also says that private enterprises and entrepreneurs will support the overall plan for deepening reform and opening up, constantly educate and improve themselves and devote themselves to society.

Liu Chuanzhi, board chairman of Legend Holdings Co Ltd, said that, "The symposium of private entrepreneurs once again have taken up the marching drum and are encouraging us to forge ahead. We won't forget our responsibilities, and will live up to our common mission, to make contributions to the development of China and the progress of mankind."

Wang Xiaolan, president of Time Group, remarked that the world is going through economic transformation, which makes entrepreneurs not only in China but all over the world anxious about implementing technological changes.

In addition, the difficulties and problems that have been left over during the forty years of reform and opening up still need to be tackled, so it is not easy task to make such transformations.

"The six specific measures proposed at the symposium are highly targeted, and fill us with expectations. The‘last mile’ of policy implementation requires cooperation between enterprises, society and the government."

The chairman of Segway-Ninebo told reporters that since mass entrepreneurship and innovation were targeted in 2015, the domestic financing environment has significantly improved, and various incubators and other platforms are helping to convert good ideas. Meanwhile, the government has also stepped up efforts to deal with protection of intellectual property rights.
