On October 15, the “High-end Enterprises of Mentougou Science Park Conference” was held in the Mentougou Science Park of Zhongguancun, Beijing.

During the conference, thirteen enterprises in the park were identified as “high-end enterprises”. Among them, four companies are growing “high-end” companies, and nine of them are start-ups.

The growing “high-end” enterprises will enjoy full rent subsidies for three consecutive years in leasing office buildings and factories, meanwhile, employees of these enterprises can preferentially apply for shared housing in Mentougou District.

Zhang Xingsheng, member of the Standing Committee of Mentougou District and deputy head of the district, pointed out that Mentougou Science Park, as one of the sixteen sub-parks of Zhongguancun, has implemented the positioning of National Science and Technology Innovation Center.

Recently, the park successively issued industrial policies, established the Development Advisory Committee of Zhongguancun Mentougou Science Park Development to provide one-to-one services, and optimized the business environment and built a "high-end" economic structure.

In addition, at the conference, the Beijing Shilong Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and the Capital Science and Technology Development Strategy Research Institute signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation to jointly promote the formulation and implementation of the science and technology innovation development policy in Mentougou District; promote the development of outstanding enterprises in Mentougou Park, and jointly build the investment and financing platform of Beijing Shilong Economic and Technological Development Zone to provide financing and investment consulting services for enterprises in the park. They will also promote international exchanges in Shilong Economic and Technological Development Zone through inviting international experts to visit the park.
