The Makers Global Beijing Center recently opened in the Zhongguancun Entrepreneurship Angel Mansion in Beijing's Zhongguancun Science Park. Makers Global is a global incubator headquartered in Silicon Valley in the US.

Wang Ren, president of GVC Investment Group and the global partner of Makers Global has profound experience in commercial real estate investment and financial management.

Wang said that the launch of the Beijing Center will integrate Silicon Valley and Israel with the Chinese market. The center will provide complete incubation and business services to Chinese entrepreneurs including investment, venture capital, crowd funding, intellectual property, legal services, and road shows.

No one can deny that the entrepreneurship will become a great trend of the century. As public innovation and entrepreneurship become a new trend, competition is becoming more severe. Therefore, incubation is another form of entrepreneurship.

The science park is home to many famous incubators. One of the most famous is the Innovation Factory by Li Kaifu, a mentor for Chinese entrepreneurs who have served in executive positions at enterprises including Apple, Google, and Microsoft. Incubators experiment and change based on economic developments, and change the original regional function of the cities.

The Internet plus is reforming traditional industries. Cui Wei, assistant to the dean of Peking University's School for Economic Studies said that the global economic trend is changing from globalization to Sino-centric development.

Wang Shengjiang, founder of the Hongtai Innovative Center who has worked at the SOHO China Group for years, believes that the focus will change from intellectual property to stock equity rights.
