The 14th China Jilin modern agricultural machinery and equipment exhibition opened at Changchun International Conference and Exhibition Center in Changchun, capital city of Jilin province, on March 19.

The third China Changchun international agricultural aviation equipment expo and the 2019 North China precision agriculture aviation forum are also taking place at the same time.

Covering exhibition areas totaling nearly 30,000 square meters, the event provides stands for more than 100 companies from around the country, with exhibitors from provinces including Jiangsu, Shandong, and Guangdong, exhibiting the most cutting-edge examples of agricultural machinery and technologies.

Agricultural equipment such as smart machinery and drones feature heavily at the event, attracting a large number of visitors.

A forum on agricultural aviation will also be held during the exhibition, which will last until March 21.

It is expected that over 100,000 visitors will attend the event and deals worth 550 million yuan ($81.9 million) will be clinched.
