A UK newspaper released a list Sunday, profiling 100 people who make the UK a better and happier place to live.

Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of worldwide web, John Shepherd-Barron, inventor of the ATM, Neil Papworth, inventor of cell phone short messages and Harry Potter author JK Rowling are on the list.
