But today party-loving Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding was fronting the promotion of the Nintendo lauch of Wii Fit on the South Bank.

The 26-year-old star donned her trainers and fetching jogging outfit to work up a sweat with a host of celebs who are more associated with looking after their bodies.

Marathon-running mum Nell McAndrew, TV presenter Gabby and rugby husband Kenny Logan and fitness guru Rosemary Conley were also on hand to try out the new console live on stage.

Surprisingly perhaps given her love of late nights, Sarah looked in great shape as she performed some stretches alongside McAndrew, who herself showed off a well-toned stomach in a black crop top.

The woman who ran a time of 3 hours and 11 minutes in this year's London Marathon breezed through the routines.
