Guangzhou is attracting artists with the newly opened T.I.T Creative Garden similar to Beijing's 798 District.
Located in Haizhu district, the area renovated from a factory now provides large office rooms and studios for creative companies.
Top fashion designer Liu Yang has already moved his studio into the area. More fashion labels, including international brands, will move in a few months.
