A second cancer blow for actress Farrah Fawcett

Charlie's Angel Farrah Fawcett is facing a new cancer battle.

Three months after being given the all clear on her 60th birthday, the actress has been told the disease has returned.

Fawcett underwent surgery and chemotherapy after being diagnosed with intestinal cancer last September in Los Angeles.

Friends of the actress say she has opted not to have chemotherapy again but to be treated by a radiation device implanted in the cancerous area.
