在学校或者公司，你一定有非常要好的朋友吧！你总有一些小秘密，分享秘密是一件很快乐的事情，还记得小时候跟小伙伴钩手指发誓保守秘密的情景吗？现在不流行钩手指了，但是你可以这么说了：

This is just between you and me

这句话的意思就是“你知我知，天知地知”，说明两个人之间非常信任，或者，这个秘密是绝对不能泄露给外人的哦。

Between you and me 这个片语还有两个变体，一个是between ourselves，另一个是 just between you and me and the bedpost / four walls / gatepost / lamp-post. 我们来看几个例子：

Just between you and me, it was Janet who proposed to Bill rather than vice versa.

通常要说什么秘密之前，都要先说between you and me。
