Fung Tze-ho, a Secondary Five student, allegedly slammed a door three times against a police officer maintaining order outside a convenience store in the March 1 protest in Yuen Long. But magistrate Kelly Shui said that it's possible Fung didn't do that on purpose because of the chaos then. He might not have heard the officer's warning because of his hearing impairment.
