Supreme service

Hong Kong Airlines has been presented with the Supreme Service Award 2013 for the second consecutive year by financial magazines Capital CEO and Capital Entrepreneur. Stanley Kan, director at Hong Kong Airlines' service delivery department, says the company will continue to provide professional and quality service to passengers in order to ensure them the best flight experience.

New record

The number of passengers on the Singapore to Hong Kong route by the Jetstar Asia Group, one of the largest low-fares network in the region, has recently reached 2 million. At the celebration event, Bara Pasupathi, CEO of the group, surprised a lucky Hong Kong family traveling to Singapore with HK$10,000 ($1,290) worth of travel vouchers.

Christmas plan

Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East is preparing guests for a glittering golden Christmas this year. Visitors to the hotel can choose to enjoy a full buffet of Christmas turkey and other seasonal treats at The Chef's Table, a sunlight-filled Italian semi-buffet lunch at Cielo, or a six-course Cantonese-style Christmas feast at Tze Yuet Heen. Restaurant reopened

StarWorld Macau has reopened the continental restaurant Temptations, after a renovation to provide guests with a sense of a European garden. The birdcage-shaped surroundings around the dining tables provide a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere, while the hotel's whisky bar has also been redesigned with more space, giving customers a tremendous panorama view of the city's skyline.
