Abalone Ambrosia

The Imperial Court at MGM Macau is currently offering an abalone feast for its guests. The feast features four types of abalone - Tasmanian, Nagasaki, South African and China Dalian. All dishes are created with out-of-the-ordinary ingredients, such as black garlic, "black tiger's paw" mushroom, lotus seed and ginkgo nuts. The abalone ambrosia is presented in Cantonese, Sichuan and Beijing styles.

A Movia Sauvignon 2010 starts the meal, while two main courses featuring scallop and roasted butter chicken are served in tandem with carefully selected wines.
