Crown Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East
A new MICE hotel is opening on Sep 28. Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East, designed to attract business travelers, is located just one block away from the Tseung Kwan O MTR, right next to the city's future commercial center Kowloon East CBD.
This newly built, nicely decorated hotel has a spectacular Grand Ballroom, one of the largest in Hong Kong with a 6.75-meter high ceiling. The 1,030 square meters of meeting space can easily accommodate 1,000 people for theatre meetings and 1,500 people for cocktail receptions. It also has built-in LCD projectors with multiple drop-down large-format screens.
For life-work balance a diverse selection of activities can be arranged by the hotel, such as pre-or-post event cocktails, Tai Chi lessons, golf, or a fresh seafood dinner at Hong Kong's back garden, Sai Kung.

Cityview
This summer, the Cityview is presenting nourishing seafood set menu dinners at The Balcony, including poached fresh 8-head alabone, simmered fish maw and hairy fig in soup, and braised thorny sea cucumber with black truffle abalone sauce. The price is HK$428 per person plus 10 percent service. Facebook fans can avail of a special offer of HK$328 per person, by downloading coupons from the hotel's Facebook page. Promotion period runs until August 31.
The clock is ticking on another tempting promotion: an exquisite selection of Sashimi and German delights. The dinner buffet serves 12 different kinds of Sashimi, Flying Fish Roe on Scallop Sashimi with Wasabi Dressing, Black Tobikko on Akimo with Orange Vinaigrette, German Cold Cut Platter, German Sausages, Pork knuckle with Sauerkraut, and Mini Rueben, including all-you-can-drink juice, beer, red and white wine, Warsteiner beer and other all-time-favorite seafood selection. The promotion ends on July 31.

Royal Park Hotel
Delicious blue mussels and distinct blue crabs with authentic Mediterranean taste are now available at Royal Park Hotel. An array of salad delights, including blue crabmeat salad with mango and avocado, blue mussels and asparagus salad with fig balsamic reduction, blue mussels and scallops salad with mango salsa and Parma ham chips, and golden tuna with blue crabmeat and sea tangle salad, are served during the Italian Semi Lunch Buffet at the hotel's City Art Restaurant, only until the end of July.

Hotel Nikko
