A Gala Dinner was held at the Grand Lisboa Hotel, Macau on September 4 , 2010. The Chef de Cuisine at Don Alfonso 1890, Vincenzo Castaldo was invited to prepare seasonal special cuisine specific for this Gala Dinner. |
