The Taipei skyline is barely visible under a blanket of yellowish haze yesterday as the weather bureau forecasts that another cold front is arriving in Taiwan today, bringing with it sandstorms that have swept throught northern and eastern mainland in the past few days and are expected to reduce Taiwan's air quality.
