People enjoy a dip at a hot spring resort in Taipei yesterday as a cold front has brought temperatures down to below 10 degrees Celsius. The same blast of cold air from the north has resulted in heavy frost on Taiping Mountain in Yilan County early yesterday, when the mercury dropped to 2 degrees below zero at the lowest.
