Hotel developer to donate

Developer of Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel announced recently that it would donate all income on May 1 each year for the poor and needy.

The five-star hotel in Shenzhen's new central business had a grand opening ceremony yesterday.

Huang Shih Tsai, chairman of the board of Greater China International Group, the hotel developer, highlighted the essential of corporation's social responsibility when making profits.

Currently, more than 30 hotels by Sheraton management company operate on Chinese mainland. Some 37 new projects will open in the next three years, of which seven will start in this year.

Online financial market

Shenzhen KdMoney Business officially launched the nation's first online financial market Kdmoney.com on Wednesday to facilitate ordinary investors' rising enthusiasm in stock market, fund, gold and insurance.

It has partnered with 58 fund companies and more than 10 insurance companies to provide a wide range of financial products. Its powerful database will also provide vertical and parallel comparison between different financial products.

Since the website's trial operation in September, deals of more than 10 million yuan fund, nearly 1 billion yuan insurance amount and five-kilogram gold had been made through it till the end of February. At least 5,000 users have registered as its members.
