Responsibilities: Assist the Chief in dealing with routine work, and taking charge of personnel, management system, finance, supervision. Responsible for development and planning, key projects, finance and trade, education, labor and social security, culture, cultural tourism, petition, logistics, checking unhealthy tendencies and malpractices, press, industry, communications, landscape management, opening up to the outside, materials, foreign trade as well as other work assigned by the Chief.

分管工作：协助区长主持政府日常工作，并协管人事、编制、财政、监察工作。分管发展计划、重点工程、财贸、教育、劳动和社会保障、文化、文物旅游、信访、机关后勤、纠风、新闻、工业、交通、园区、对外开放、物资、外贸以及区长交办的其它工作。

Responsibilities: In charge of city and countryside construction, public security, justice, environmental protection, ethnicity and religion, civil air defense. Other work assigned by the Chief.
