负责城乡规划、城市建设、城市管理、国土资源、环境保护、公安司法等方面的工作。分管市建委、规划局、城管局(城管行政执法局、城市园林管理局)、环保局、国土资源局、房管局、城投公司、人防办、公安局、司法局、安全局、武警宜昌市消防支队。联系市法院、检察院。
