Responsibilities: In charge of regular work of municipal government and daily work of municipal civil service bodies, development and reform, supervision, civil administration, human resources, social security, statistics, oil regions, provisions, management of state-owned assets, integration of oil regions and military academy, investigation and research, administrative examination and approval, emergency management, finance insurance, and institution functioning abroad.

负责市政府常务工作,负责市政府机关、发展改革、监察、民政、人力资源和社会保障、统计、油区、粮食、物价、国有资产管理、油地军校结合、调查研究、行政审批、应急管理、金融保险、驻外机构等方面的工作。

 

 

Responsibilities: In charge of coordination in oil regions, and dealing with integration of oil regions and military academy with Cao Lianjie, and handling urban construction, transportation and community management with Yan Shuxin.

侧重协调油地关系,与曹连杰同志共同负责油地校结合方面的工作,与闫树信同志共同负责城建、交通运输、社区管理方面的工作。

 

 

Responsibilities: In charge of public security, judiciary, complaints, territorial resources, housing, urban and rural planning, its construction and management, transportation, environment protection, aviation, supporting Sichuan, housing fund, maritime affairs, as well as construction of Yellow-River.

负责公安、司法、信访、国土资源、住房和城乡建设、城乡规划、城市管理、交通运输、环境保护、人民防空、援川、住房公积金管理、海事等方面的工作。负责黄河水城建设工作。
