Eva Longoria Parker is not responsible for the car accident she was involved in last week, according to police.
The 'Desperate Housewives' star was accused of crashing into another driver, Roman Gasparyan, in a crash which took place on Hollywood Boulevard on Wednesday October 20.
Although Roman filed a lawsuit claiming negligence on Eva's part at Los Angeles Superior Court, a police investigation into the crash has reportedly concluded he was "at fault" as he made a left turn in front of Eva causing the smash, according to gossip website TMZ.
Both drivers were in BMW X5 sports utility vehicles (SUVs) at the time of crash.
Roman's claims he was waiting in the middle of the road attempting to turn left, when Eva "made a sudden lane change into the median lane" and crashed into his vehicle, a statement which now appears to be at odds with the police's findings.
Roman's lawyer Sanjay Sobti claimed his client suffered back and neck pain, severe headaches, anxiety and blood pressure complications following the accident.
Eva - who was believed to be on her way home from her Beso in Los Angeles - has always denied she was at fault.
A spokesperson for the actress said: "According to the police report, the other driver was clearly at fault and admitted the fault at the scene of the accident.
"The other driver is clearly trying to make a case where there is none. All charges are frivolous, without merit, and will not hold up in a court of law."
Nobody was taken to hospital after the crash.
