Ronnie Wood could lose around £2 million on the sale of a property.
The Rolling Stones guitarist is trying to sell a five-bedroom townhouse in London's exclusive Chelsea area - which he originally bought in March 2008 for £7.25 million.
The house was put on the market last October, shortly after his divorce from Jo Wood was finalised, for £6.5 million.
The property - which Ronnie acquired as an investment for his children with Jo, who he left to embark on a relationship with waitress Katia Ivanova - has four bathrooms, three reception rooms and comes complete with a stunning view of the River Thames.
Despite it seemingly being a desirable home, the price has now been slashed to £5.875 million, and it could drop lower if no buyers come forward.
This is not the first time an investment made by Ronnie has gone wrong.
In 2004, he lost a staggering £8 million on running his London private members club The Harrington Club, which opened in 2000.
The 63-year-old musician separated from Katia last December, and is now in a relationship with Brazilian beauty Ana Araujo, 30.
