Brooke Mueller is "doing good".
Brooke - the troubled wife of Charlie Sheen - has undergone two stints in rehab for drug abuse this year but feels as though she is winning the battle with her demons.
She said: "Mentally, I feel really clear and spiritually, I feel really connected. I'm doing good."
Brooke and Charlie - who have 15-month-old twin sons Bob and Max together - were involved in a domestic incident last Christmas, which has resulted in the 'Two and a Half Men' actor seemingly agreeing a plea bargain to admit guilt to a third-degree misdemeanour assault.
Despite her personal troubles, the real estate investor is determined to move on with her life.
Speaking to US TV show 'Extra', she said: "I want to put my priorities straight, and to focus on doing the next right thing in front of me. As long as I do the next right thing, I'll be all right."
Brooke, 29, also revealed she has taken up hiking and healthy eating in a bid to overhaul her self-destructive lifestyle.
She said: "I'm hiking, listening to music, reading, going to bed early - and waking up early and just being healthy. And juicing. I love my juice bar."
Under the terms of his plea bargain deal, Charlie is expected to serve a 30-day prison sentence and be given work release to work with the Aspen Theatre in the day time.
