Trends Media Group is expanding its business to include films and exhibitions. The group's second film Love COSMO will premiere at the beginning of next month, and it has invited jewelry designers Fulvio Maria Scavia and American Sasa Gioielli to hold exhibitions in Beijing.
Love COSMO is China's Devil Wears Prada, featuring TV stars Yao Chen, Guo Xiaodong and Zhu Yuchen. It follows the struggles of a fashion editor as he juggles work and love. It takes its name from Cosmopolitan, one of Trends Media Group's best-selling magazines, which promotes women's power and independence.
Another magazine Bazaar Jewelry has invited two jewelry designers Fulvio Maria Scavia and Sasa Gioielli to stage exhibitions for China's jewelry collectors in the middle of this month. Bazaar Jewelry is the only magazine that focuses on the jewelry industry in China. It held an exhibition for Taiwan jewelry designer Cindy Chao at the beginning of this year. The magazine is keen to bring more top international designers to the mainland.
