Miley Cyrus keeps plugging away on "The Last Song"

Back out for another day of filming, Miley Cyrus was hard at work on the set of her new film “The Last Song” on Tybee Island, Georgia on Thursday (June 18).
The “Hannah Montana” darling shared an embrace with co-star Liam Hemsworth as the cameras rolled, chatting with her mom on the beach during breaks in the action.
Meanwhile, the locals of Tybee Island are happy to have Miss Cyrus staying in tehir community - hoping that her presence will help bring in the bucks.
“It’s going to be good for us,” said Gloria Magune, a local motel owner. “Even Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil is still bringing us business.”
Concurring, Tom Parris, a location manager, adds, “People still come to see where Forrest Gump sat on the bench. They’re going to come see where Miley Cyrus sat on the pier. They’re going to come see where Miley Cyrus sat on the beach.”
