Olsen twins may be Bond girls

It is reported that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are set to be the first Bond girl twins.

The report, quoting online gossip columnist Janet Charlton, says that the sisters are considering an offer to take roles in the next 007 adventure, starring the latest Bond, Daniel Craig.

It is understood that producers are offering the 20-year-olds a contract clause ruling that they will not have to strip off or shoot any sex scenes.

The plan is for the Olsens to play characters who help Bond with his mission.

Other beauties rumoured to be in line for starring roles include Australian star Abbie Cornish, who recently appeared with Russell Crowe in A Good Year.

'ER' actor Goran Visnjic is reported to be playing a villain.

Shooting - of both sorts - is due to start next year.
