Justin Timberlake got more then he bargained for when he stepped out for a simple game of golf earlier this week.
The heartthrob was mobbed by dozens of young fans as he tried to enjoy a round at one of Scotland's top clubs.
The 26-year-old American signed autographs as he finished his game at Carnoustie Golf Links in Angus on Sunday.
The singer, who was in Scotland ahead of a string of concerts at the SECC in Glasgow next month, happily chatted with teenagers on the course.
The self-confessed golf fanatic plays off a six handicap. He was believed to have been staying with relatives at the Carnoustie Golf Hotel.
Speaking about his passion for the sport with a golf magazine, Timberlake said that as a musician he followed Alice Cooper's line of thought that when touring you either drink all day or play golf.
The Sexy Back singer said: "The golf gives you something to look forward to the next day."
A spokesman for Carnoustie said: "With it being a public course, there was no way of keeping fans away from them like you could at a private course."
