Brody have reassured animal rights protestors that no animals will be hurt in
the filming of the new movie ¡®Manolette¡¯.
¡®Manolette¡¯ will star Oscar winning actor Adrien Brody and Penelope Cruz and
will tell the story of Manolette; one of Spain¡¯s most notorious
bullfighters.After a letter from PETA (People For The Ethical Treatment Of
Animals) that asked film makers to reassure animal lovers everywhere that no
bulls would be hurt in the making of the film.
The films makers have now broken their silence, according to FemaleFirst, and
have assured PETA that they will be using CGI technology to help create the gory
scenes of the film.A spokesperson for the film said: "There will be no killing,
torture or mistreatment of bulls or any animals during the shooting of the
film."Computer-generated images and physical effects will be used."PETA will be
pleased.
