The lord mayor of Leicester, the UK, was left red-cheeked after his trousers fell down in front of hundreds of school children and teachers, the Mirror of London reported. When Colin Hall (see photo), 46, stood up to say thanks at a library event Tuesday, his pants came loose and dropped to his ankles. The mayor said Wednesday that he had "unfortunately chosen not to wear a belt" and offered "deepest apologies' to the public.
