The US is trying to deflect its economic troubles by resorting to protectionism, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said in a statement yesterday, citing Washington's decision to impose anti-dumping duties of 289 and 175 percent on imports of Chinese-made wire decking products and electric blankets.
