John Cestar is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of software outsourcing service Freeborders.
In his position, he directs the development of Freeborders China, one of the largest foreign-owned IT and software development facilities in South China.
In an 18-year business career, Cestar has held senior level positions in strategy, planning, operations, and finance. He has extensive international operating, investment, and IT experience, with a special focus on China.
Cestar is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School.
