Sarim Lake in Xinjiang

The Sarim Lake is located between the Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture and the Yili Hakhaz Autonomous Prefecture in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It covers an area of 458 square kilometers, ten times as big as the Tianshan Heavenly Lake. The lake is 2,073 meters above the sea level and is the highest and largest lake in Xinjiang.
