Major Administration and Service Agencies in Respect of Foreign Investment in Hebei Province Major Administrative Organizations The Opening-up Affairs Office of Hebei Province/International Investment and Cooperation Bureau of Hebei Province is responsible for promoting the opening-up program of the whole province.
